I've been journaling in my studio and on the road for 10 years and will walk you through how to begin, and continue, to work in a visual journal. Class materials include lots of cool handouts, access to my personal collage materials, discussion of a "mixed media arsenal" and a chance to demo many of the art supplies that sit on my studio table, plus a list of journal prompts as "explorations" to keep you going once class is over. Bring a blank journal and leave with three finished (or close to finished) pages. You'll be well on your way to creating your own visual journal and finding your voice on the page.
